Bhajani Peeth is a mixture of cereals, pulses, millets, etc and has been traditionally used for making Thalipeeth. We use Bansi Wheat, Rice, Mung, Chana, Masoor, Udid, Mataki, Chavali, Kulith, Rajgira, Dagadi Jowar, Bajari, Nachani and 6 millets – Foxtail, Proso, Kodo, Little, Barnyard and Brown Top.
