Meet our farmers
Here are testimonials of our farmers. They are important part of Palaeolithic Grains family. We are able to serve quality traditional products to our consumers due to our farmer partners..
Since 2001, I am working to conserve traditional rice seeds. I have 955 varieties of traditional rice seed including 14 types of black rice seeds, 34 varieties of vegetables and pulses and 16 type of oil seeds in my own seed bank. I am happy to colloborate with Palaeolithic Grains. They are helping me in reaching consumers in urban areas which will benefit farmers conserving and growing traditional crops.

I have experienced hardships of farmers in drought prone Marathwada region in Maharashtra. As an effort to make women self reliant, I facilitated formation of 35 Women’s Self Help Groups consisting of 350 women farmers under Government of Maharashtra’s program. I am proud to be associated with Palaeolithic Grains. Our women farmers provide Tur, Chana, Dagadi Jowar, Udid and Moong to Paleolithic Grains.
