Crispy Jowar Dosa
Jowar Dosa is a tasty twist to Rava Dosa. This is a good alternative to regular dosa as it is quick and easy to make. It is crispy and has a lacy look like Rava Dosa. You can serve this with traditional Sambhar and Coconut Chutney.
- 1 cup Jowar
- ¼ cup Udad Dal
- ¼ tbsp Salt
- Water (as required)
- Oil (as required)
Soak jowar and urad dal in 3 cups of water for 8 hours
Grind to a smooth mixture, mix salt and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Heat a tawa and grease with oil
Spread the mixture evenly on the tawa to make dosas
