Crispy Jowar Dosa

Jowar Dosa is a tasty twist to Rava Dosa. This is a good alternative to regular dosa as it is quick and easy to make. It is crispy and has a lacy look like Rava Dosa. You can serve this with traditional Sambhar and Coconut Chutney.

  • 1 cup Jowar
  • ¼ cup Udad Dal
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • Water (as required)
  • Oil (as required)
  1. Soak jowar and urad dal in 3 cups of water for 8 hours

  2. Grind to a smooth mixture, mix salt and let it ferment for 8 hours.

  3. Heat a tawa and grease with oil

  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the tawa to make dosas
