  • 100 gms Finger millet powder
  • 500 gms Curd
  • 3 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Black salt
  • 5 pcs Green chili
  • 50 gms Coriander leaf
  • 25 gms Mint leaf
  • 2 inch Mango ginger
  • Salt (as per taste)
  1. Take a medium sized pan and add two glasses of water.

  2. Heat the water on medium flame till it boils.

  3. In the meanwhile, take another cup of water and add to finger millet powder.

  4. Mix it well without forming lumps.

  5. Pour the mix into the boiling water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  6. Heat the mix for 10 minutes on a low flame and then allow it to cool.

  7. Mix green chili, coriander leaf , Mango ginger , mint leaf and grind it to paste.

  8. Add curd, cumin powder, salt, black salt and pepper powder to the paste.

  9. Add cooled finger millet mixture and six more glass of cold water to the paste and mix it well.

  10. Now Finger millet challah is ready to serve.

You can also add jaljeera powder or chat masala for additional taste instead of roasted cumin powder.
